From January 2012, we have an opening (and attention) for a:
TRAINEE, HTML / PHP / Java
Divitel is a system integrator and supplier of systems and solutions for the digital transmission of video, audio and data signals. (Digital Video Broadcasting DVB and IPTV systems, platforms and RF distribution systems)
Our clients/customers include cable companies, satellite and telecom operators and broadcasters (radio and television) worldwide.
The position
Please allow us a brief introduction:
At the moment we already have two trainees who are writing a program and developing widgets relating to HTML5, PHP, Java and Javascript. This program, including widgets, are part of a total media solution for our internal management (Divitel) and the external management (Customer). Both can easily view the status of urgent technical issues, online and/or via widgets on iPhone or Blackberry, for example.
As a trainee, we now call on your creativity!
We would like you to combine these two applications into one system/application; the knowledge base and the issue tracking system. It is your challenge to complete the job. In addition we are happy to give you room for your own input and initiatives. It’s certainly not just a paper assignment; your system will actually be put into operation!
Job requirements
You're still studying of course, but an Intermediate Vocational Training level of work and thinking would be a good fit in our team of engineers. In addition, HTML, PHP and Java hold no secrets for you.
