Divitel obtains ISO 9001 certificate

April 2010. After an external audit Divitel has obtained the NEN-ISO 9001:2008 certificate. It proves that quality is an essential part of the Divitel strategy. All process work flows, from repair, sales, purchase, logistics, quality management to financial administration and human resources management, are mapped and continuously improved.

“The obtained ISO 9001 certification, underlines the quality management Divitel implements for years already. It’s an acknowledgement of the methodology we have been applying for years now; certification was just one step away. Quality is not only important for our customers, but also for Divitel itself. To keep eye on this matter, periodic audits will be held. Achieving the ISO 9001 certification is an important milestone for us, especially in a period of dynamic development and growth. The ISO certificate and related procedures set Divitel able to grow further with a solid foundation”, said Hans Kornmann, CEO Divitel.
