Maintenance
Divitel offers maintenance contracts to customers including preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Preventive maintenance will follow a structured and contractual planning, in close cooperation with manufacturers of the equipment.
For corrective maintenance Divitel has a 24/7 helpdesk facility and an emergency support service.
